Great White Brotherhood III Great White Lodge Ascended Masters Esoteric Traditions

Here is the most succint definition of an ascended master I have yet found (See link below):

Ascended Master - a being who has become Self-Realized and serves humanity; a
being who has raised his/her vibration to a sustained frequency of light. He/she
can come and go at will from the earth plane without the Birth//Death cycle.

Here is more speculative information on the Great White Brotherhood (?) aka The Great White Lodge.

EL MORYA

Remember some of the ascended masters remained behind to teach student/adepts and advance their evolving spirituality?

EL MORYA was one such:

A Teaching Master

El Morya Chohan of the First Ray,
connected to the Temple of the Will of God. El Morya was embodied as Abraham, the wise man
Melchior, Arthur, king of the Britons,
Thomas
Beckett
, Thomas More, both martyred, Akbar, greatest of Mogul emperors,
Thomas Moore, El Morya Khan, the most renowned of the Tibetan
mahatmas. El Morya
came originally from Mercury and is a member of the White Brotherhood. He works with Archangel Michael and is the chohan or master of the
first ray, which is red and governs power and will, drive, confidence and
strength. He works with rulers, executives, public servants, the military,
sports people and those who are commanders.
El Morya - Blue Ray - Throat Chakra. Working to transform the aggressive human
from domination to the will to do good. Head of all Esoteric Schools.
Abraham The patriarch Abraham, "father of many nations," was called
the "Friend of God." The LORD God called Abraham out of Ur of the Chaldees and promised Him
"I will make of thee a great nation." Abraham is now the Ascended Master El Morya.

Bulgarian Gnostic master Peter
Deunov
referred to his organization of followers as the "Universal White
Brotherhood," and it is clear that he too was referring to the
Western esoteric
community-at-large
. When ex-communicated as a heretic on 7 July 1922, he defended the Brotherhood
as follows:
‘Let the
Orthodox
Church
resolve this issue, whether Christ has risen, whether Love is
accepted in the Orthodox Church. There is one church in the world. But the
Universal White Brotherhood is outside the church - it is higher than the
church. But even higher than the Universal White Brotherhood is the Kingdom of
Heaven. Hence the Church is the first step, the Universal White Brotherhood is
the second step, and the
Kingdom of Heaven is
the third step - the greatest one that is to be manifested.’ (
24 June 1923).
Similarly,
Macedonian teacher Omraam Mikhaël
Aïvanhov
(Deunov's principal disciple)
formally established
Fraternité
Blanche Universelle
as an "exoteric" esoteric organization still operating
today in Switzerland, Canada, the USA, the UK and parts of Scandinavia.
[1]
The term Great White Brotherhood was further developed
and popularized in 1934 with the publication of "Unveiled Mysteries"
[16]
by
Guy
Ballard's
"I AM" Activity.[17]
This Brotherhood of "Immortal Saints and Sages"
[18]
who have gone through the Initiations of the Transfiguration, Resurrection, and
the Ascension
[19]
was further popularized by
Ascended Master
Teachings
developed byThe Bridge to
Freedom
, The Summit
Lighthouse
, and The Temple of The
Presence
. [20]
Other esoteric traditions, however, dismiss or deny the existence of a Great
White Brotherhood.
Neo-Pagan author Isaac
Bonewits
has been sharply critical of the concept; in his 1971 book Real
Magic
, Bonewits dismisses the "Great White Brotherhood" as part of his
rejection of what he sees as the
Manichean dualism of the implied
opposition of whiteness and darkness,
white magic versus black
magic
. Bonewits mentions the Brotherhood as an example of his larger thesis,
that "(t)he whole idea of White as Good and Black as Evil is purely the result
of cultural bigotries."

Only a few of this community are known to the human race; these initiates
are the "teaching Masters."
[13]The AMORC Rosicrucian order maintains a
difference between the "Great White Brotherhood" and the "Great White
Lodge",saying that the Great White Brotherhood is the "school or fraternity" of
the Great White Lodge, and that "every true student on the Path" aspires
to membership in this Brotherhood.
[14]Some
of Aleister Crowley's remarks appear to indicate that Crowley identified the
Great White Brotherhood with the
A∴A∴, his magical secret
society.

Great White Brotherhood II Great White Lodge Ascended Masters

Nineteenth Century Lore shared this widely shared idea of a secret council of sages , a hallmark of 19th and early 20th century esotericism. dispensing wisdom and truth to the worthy is mentioned in a book by Arthur Edward Waite. A secret group of initiates is hinted at also. Aleister Crowley read this and wrote Waite who directed him to read Von Eckartshausen. Crowley eventually became a neophyte in The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. This group represented itseldf as the outer order of the Great White Brotherhood. This Order mentioned also its teachings were derived from the Secret Chiefs

  • Leadbeater's 1825 book The Masters and The Path-The term Great White Brotherhood was used

  • In some circles this is a generic term to refer to any concept of an enlightened community of adepts who with benevolence works for the spiritual evolution of the human race. A tradition developed with regard to the use of this cognomen without strict regard to names.

  • Note the comment of Dion Fortune in using the name The Community of Living and Dead Adepts

  • The Great White Lodge was used by the ritual traditions of the Western Tradition

  • Inner Plane Adepti-description by Gareth Knight

  • Note the reference to teaching Masters who stay behind to help younger initiates in their cyclic evolution on the planet

Ideas about this secret council of sages, under several names, were a widely
shared feature of late nineteenth century and early twentieth century esotericism. Arthur Edward Waite,
in his Book of Black Magic and of Pacts, hinted at the existence of a secret
group of initiates who dispense truth and wisdom to the worthy.[7]
A young Aleister Crowley,
reading this, wrote Waite and was directed to read von Eckartshausen's book.
Crowley's search for this secret wisdom eventually led him to become a neophyte
in the
Hermetic
Order of the Golden Dawn
, which represented itself to be the visible and
earthly outer order of the Great White Brotherhood.[8]
Within the Golden Dawn itself, its teachings claimed to be derived from a
similar body of initiates which in that tradition were called the
Secret
Chiefs
.[9]
The
actual phrase "Great White Brotherhood" was used extensively in Leadbeater's
1925 book The Masters and the Path.
[10]
Since the introduction of the phrase, the term "Great White Brotherhood" is in
some circles used generically to refer to any concept of an enlightened
community of adepts, on earth or in the hereafter, with benevolent aims toward
the spiritual development of the human race, and without strict regard to the
names used within the tradition.
[11] Dion
Fortune
adopts the name to refer to the community of living and dead
adepts.[12]
The ritual magicians of the Western mystery
tradition
sometimes refer to the Great White Brotherhood as the "Great White
Lodge", a name that appears to indicate that they imagine it constitutes an
initiatory hierarchy
similar to Freemasonry. Gareth
Knight
describes its members as the "Masters" or "Inner Plane Adepti", who
have "gained all the experience, and all the wisdom resulting from experience,
necessary for their spiritual evolution in the worlds of form."
While some go on
to "higher evolution in other spheres", others become teaching Masters who stay
behind to help younger initiates in their "cyclic evolution on this planet".
Only a few of this community are known to the human race; these initiates are
the "teaching Masters."[13]
The AMORC Rosicrucian order maintains
a difference between the "Great White Brotherhood" and the "Great White Lodge",
saying that the Great White Brotherhood is the "school or fraternity" of the
Great White Lodge, and that "every true student on the Path" aspires to
membership in this Brotherhood.[14]
Some of Aleister Crowley's remarks appear to indicate that Crowley identified
the Great White Brotherhood with the A∴A∴, his magical
secret society.[15]

Margie's Story regarding schizophrenia

Her truths told again bring home that what the west considers as mentally defective or aberrant mental states such as schizophrenia are really episodes of spirit entrance and possession. what we so ignorantly assume as aberrant behavior or insanity has been long known in the ancient world and among indigenous cultures as spirit possession. Detoxing off the western drugs is a phase of treatment that makes perfect sense to me ,also. Note her theory of why people are vulnerable to spirit posseassion.

MARGIE´S STORY
One of our long term apprentices, Margie, has been
through hell and back on her journey. Growing up in a difficult household, she
was posessed (yes, full-on posessions) by spirits her whole life. Eventually
landing in a mental institution labeled schizophrenic with obsessive-compulsive
tendancies, the whole time she felt the Western approach was lacking the
spiritual aspect: protection from dark spirits entering the body.
Her theory
(and I agree) is that most people have a natural amount of spiritual protection.
For some reason, others have less or it loses power along the way, allowing any
and all entities to jump in and run the show. Then people call them crazy
. Her
work with the Ayahuasca has brought her not only back to a place of ¨normalcy¨,
but a state of Divine connection many dream of. It can be done:)
While people
with schizophrenia need to be detoxed off the Western drugs before we can take
them, Margie´s dream is to open a detox center out here to nurture them through
the process
, and introduce the plant medicine gradually as the body adjusts to
new, stronger, lighter energy patterns
. When the time is right, this too, will
be a part of the Infinite Light community.
So, long story short, Margie would
like to publish her story. And she wants someone to help her write it! So we are
offering a 3-Month Service Apprenticeship ($1500 in total) to any aspiring
authors who think they may be able to capture the full gamut of emotions her
life has endured. Stay tuned for updates on Margie too!

Sir Alexander Korda (September 16, 1893 - January 23, 1956) was a
Hungarian-born film director and producer. He was a leading
figure in the British film industry, the founder of London Films and the owner
of British Lion, a film distributing company.
The elder brother of future
filmmakers Zoltán Korda and Vincent
Korda
, Korda was born as Sándor László Kellner to a Jewish family[1] in Pusztatúrpásztó
in Hungary (Austria-Hungary), where
he worked as a journalist (supporting the Hungarian Soviet
Republic
) before going into films as a producer. He also worked
in Vienna, Berlin, Paris and Hollywood, becoming director
of United Artists. He worked
closely with many artists on his films, including his Hungarian friend, painter
and set designer Emile Lahner.
The first
film Korda made in the United States, in 1927, was titled The Stolen Bride. By
1932 he made 16 more films in the U.S. The last one, Service for Ladies, was
made in 1931 and released in 1932 after Korda had already relocated to London.
In 1936 he became a British national.
It was in Britain, however, that he made the biggest impression, and in 1932 he founded London Films, soon to build studios at Denham, financed by Prudential, which eventually became a part of the Rank Organisation. His films were lavish and (after the advent of colour) visually striking. They included The Private Life of Henry VIII (1933), nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture, and Rembrandt (1936), both of which starred Charles Laughton, who was also to have appeared in the ill-fated I, Claudius (1937).

In 1942, Korda became the first film director ever to be knighted. Among his greatest successes as producer were The Four Feathers (1939), Q Planes (1939), The Thief of Bagdad (1940) and The Third Man (1949). The Red Shoes was also originally meant to be a Korda film and vehicle for his future wife Merle Oberon. It became a J. Arthur Rank film and was eventually made by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger instead, starring Moira Shearer
