I must say that Anoushka is a great Sitar Player and hope she will go on for a long long time. God Bless Her and her looks and her music. By the way, Where's Paul McCartney in here?
Pedro Eustache from South America did a good job with flutes and at 21.10 that is a very very old (three thousand year old) 'Armenian flute called Duduk' (made of Apricot Tree) played by Pedro and was used when he performed 'Prelude' with 'Yanni' in many live concerts. Bravo and I love them, these people are gods...

Duet - Sitar & Sarod

I was still very young when I heard ravi and being from the west it struck me that this music had a mystical quality to it, a transcendent ability to transport the listener to a peaceful state of mind, the sound of harmony and brotherhood that is the very essence of the universe!!

It is rather interesting how someone could receive so many views and comments simply by being a son/daughter of a legend.  There are many extremely talented instrumentalists and musicians that don't get this kind of exposure simply because they don't have a famous father or mother :)   All you have to do is search "mandolin srinivas"  and witness legendary indian music at its best.   Ravi Shankar himself once stated as such.

This is soooo beautiful!!! "Magical" as someone below rightly says. :-)    (And no mix in of any European something or other!!! )
