The Thoth book to the left denotes graphically the doings of Thoth the Atlantean and his building of the Great Pyramid over the Halls of Amenti.
Rabbi Hana bar Bizna citing Rabbi Simeon Hasida identified Melchizedek as one of
the four craftsmen of whom Zechariah
wrote in Zechariah 2:3. (Babylonian Talmud Sukkah 52b; see also Song of Songs
Rabbah 2:33 (crediting Rabbi Berekiah in the name of Rabbi Isaac).) The Talmud teaches that David wrote the Book of Psalms, including in it the work of
the elders, including Melchizedek (in Psalm 110).
(Babylonian Talmud Baba Batra 14b-15a.)
The Zohar finds in “Melchizedek king of
Salem” a reference to “the King Who rules with complete sovereignty,” or
according to another explanation, that “Melchizedek” alludes to the lower world
and “king of Salem” to the upper world. (Zohar 1:86b-87a.)

Shem and Melchizedek
Shem lived five hundred years after
fathering Arphaxad, and then died at the age of six hundred (Gen. 11:10,
11). Therefore, his death took place thirteen years after the death of Sarah
(1881 B.C.) and ten years after Rebecca and Isaac married (1878 B.C.) In that
light, it has been opined that it is possible that Shem
might have been Melchizedek (which does translate to King of Righteousness), the
priest-king to whom Abram paid tithes (Gen 14: 18-20).
This interpretation was supported by Jewish midrashim.

Melchizedek in the Dead Sea Scroll 11Q13
11Q13 (11QMelch) is a fragment (that
can be dated end II century or start I century BCE) of a text about Melchizedek
found in Cave 11 at Qumran in Israel and which comprises part
of the Dead Sea Scrolls. In this eschatological text Melchizedek is
seen as a divine being and Hebrew titles as Elohim are applied to him.
According to this text Melchizedek will proclaim the "Day of Atonement" and he will atone
for the people who are predestined to him. He also will judge the peoples. [3]
because he "without father without mother, without genealogy, having
neither beginning of days nor end of life, but likened unto the Son of God,
continueth a priest forever." (v. 3).

Rabbi Eleazar said that Melchizedek's school was one of three places where the
Holy Spirit manifested itself. (B. Talmud Makkot 23b.)
The Rabbis taught
that Melchizedek acted as a priest and handed down Adam's robes to Abraham.
(Numbers Rabbah 4:8.)
Rabbi Zechariah said on Rabbi Ishmael's authority that God intended to bring forth the priesthood through Melchizedek's descendants, but because Melchizedek blessed Abraham before he blessed God (in Gen. 14:19-20), God brought the priesthood forth from Abraham's descendants. (B. Talmud Nedarim 32b.)
Rabbi Judah said in Rabbi Nehorai's name that Melchizedek's blessing yielded prosperity for Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. (Genesis Rabbah 43:8.) Ephraim Miksha'ah the disciple of Rabbi Meir said in the latter's name that Tamar descended from Melchizedek. (Genesis Rabbah 85:10.)Rabbi Hana bar Bizna citing Rabbi Simeon Hasida identified Melchizedek as one of the four craftsmen of whom Zechariah wrote in Zechariah 2:3. (B. Talmud Sukkah 52b; see also Song of Songs Rabbah 2:33 (crediting Rabbi Berekiah in the name of Rabbi Isaac).)

The author of the Epistle to the
Hebrews in the New Testament discussed
this subject considerably, listing the following reasons for why the priesthood
of Melchizedek is superior to the Aaronic priesthood:
Abraham paid tithes to
Melchizedek; later, the Levites would receive tithes from their countrymen.
Since Aaron was in Abraham's loins then, it was as if the Aaronic priesthood
were paying tithes to Melchizedek. (Heb. 7:4-10)
The one who blesses is
always greater than the one being blessed. Thus, Melchizedek was greater than
Abraham. As Levi was yet in the loins of Abraham, it follows that Melchizedek is
greater than Levi. (Heb. 7:7-10)
If the priesthood of Aaron were effective,
God would not have called a new priest in a different order in Psalm 110. (Heb.
7:11)
The basis of the Aaronic priesthood was ancestry; the basis of the
priesthood of Melchizedek is everlasting life. That is, there is no interruption
due to a priest's death. (Heb. 7:8,15-16,23-25)
Christ, being sinless, does
not need a sacrifice for his own sins. (Heb. 7:26-27)
The priesthood of
Melchizedek is more effective because it required a single sacrifice once and
for all (Jesus), while the Levitical priesthood made endless sacrifices. (Heb.
7:27)
The Aaronic priests serve (or, rather, served) in an earthly copy and
shadow of the heavenly Temple, which Jesus serves in. (Heb. 8:5)
Melchizedek
Melchizedek is an ancient cosmic being in charge of the order of
Melchizedek, This brotherhood organizes the Mystery School, which holds the
secrets of God, the Universe and the true history of the planet, and is working
to establish heaven on Earth. Jesus was a high priest in the Order of
Melchizedek. All humans belong at some level to this order.

This is truly a gallery of the ascended masters of the ages as listed in the above link and in part alluded to below. Note the list of the masters of the Great White Brotherhood. They came not to be worshipped but emulated and to teach mankind to be in their image and likeness with complete and selfless devotion. Note how Maitreya is described and what his goals are.It is important to understand man's various traditions and histories to see how these traditions march forward to the goals they masters cherish. I will try to give more detailed portraits of them, as many as I can read about. Any of us with the desire can reach their level and in their image eventually and that is the pattern set for all of us to follow.
Sananda Sananda is the risen name (spiritual identity) of the physical human known as Jesus of Nazareth. .The spiritual mentor who ensures that, ultimately, our evolutionary path and spiritual growth is sustained in accordance with our souls' highest spiritual aims. To do so, his energy is in contact with each of us at all times, guiding us from the higher realms to embrace self loving choices and actions in our daily lives and improve our understanding and practice of Unconditional Love. This beloved master has showed humanity that death can be overcome and that love, forgiveness and compassion are our true nature. "What I have done you can do and more". Like all great masters Jesus did not come to be worshipped, he came to teach humanity how to become Christ like.

Maitreya Maitreya, whose name is derived from the Sanskrit maitri, meaning universal love, is known to Buddhists as the embodiment of loving kindness. Some believe this planetary master was Krishna, and that he inspired the life of Jesus. Maitreya is a Buddha, working diligently behind the scenes to enlighten humanity and birth the age of light. He is the planetary Christ who overlit Jesus during his lifetime and is the head of the Great White Brotherhood. Lord Maitreya was an incarnation of Krishna. He works to enlighten humanity and bring in the new Golden Age. Lord Maitreya is the being who holds the office of the Christ-Grid frequency for our planet. This is the new grid system of higher evolution. He is the head of the Spiritual Hierachy and is often called the "Master of Masters". He has served this position for 2500 years and is an aspect of Jesus/Sananda.
Esotericism is defined as
the belief that secret societies and mystery schools [12]
possess advanced spiritual knowledge. Such beliefs are extremely ancient.[13] This
idea was re-introduced in the West by the Rosicrucians in the 17th
century.
The founder of the Theosophical
Society, H. P. Blavatsky, in the
late 19th century brought attention to the idea of secret initiatory knowledge,
by claiming her ideas were based on traditions transmitted to her by occult means from a
group of highly evolved humans which she called the Mahatmas or
Masters. These Mahatmas, she claimed, were physical beings living in the Himalayas,
usually understood as Tibet.
".. they are living men,
born as we are born, and doomed to die like every mortal. We call them “masters”
because they are our teachers; and because from them we have derived all the
Theosophical truths... They are men of great learning, whom we call Initiates,
and still greater holiness of life." [14]
While some of her critics believe the Masters are pure fantasy, other
writers suggest that her changing stories were meant to hide the identities of
real human teachers guiding her work. [15] In
assessing the veracity of Blavatsky's claim regarding the existence of these
Masters, it is worth noting that at least 25 other people left a written account
of having met the Mahatmas themselves during Blavatsky's lifetime. [16]
Blavatsky claimed that she personally met numerous Masters on countless
occasions, and was also the guest of the Master Koot Hoomi while visiting the
"Little Tibet" region of Kashmir. [17]
After
Madame Blavatsky's death in 1891, the Mahatma concept was developed by her
successors in the Theosophical Society leadership, Annie Besant and Charles W.
Leadbeater, who described the Masters in great detail and added Jesus to their number.
In Leadbeater's book, The Masters and the Path (1925), the Masters are presented
as human beings full of wisdom and compassion, albeit still limited by human
bodies. Later theosophy-based organizations developed the theory adding more
elements developing the concept of Ascended Masters which bears some important
differences with the Theosophical one.
The Great White Brotherhood
Main article: Great White Brotherhood
The Masters are collectively called the "Great White Brotherhood" in Theosophical belief systems. The use of the term "white" refers to their advanced spirituality (i.e., that they have a white colored aura) and has nothing to do with race. Blavatsky described many of the Masters as ethnically Tibetan or Indian (Hindu), not European.[29] She did, however, describe them as being from all cultures and races, such as the "Greek gentleman" known as Hilarion.[30]
Belief in the Brotherhood and the Masters is an essential part of the syncretistic teachings of various organizations that have taken the Theosophical philosophical concepts and added their own elements.[31] Examples of those believed to be Ascended Masters by these organizations are Jesus, Confucius, Gautama Buddha, Mary the Mother of Jesus, Lady Master Nada, Enoch, Pope John Paul II, [32] Kwan Yin, Saint Germain, Sanat Kumara, Kuthumi.[33] [34] [35] [36] [37] It is believed that all of these put aside any differences they might have had in their Earthly careers, and unite instead to advance the spiritual well-being of humanity.
