Dear Ed, To join Librarything's Early Reviewer Program, one must first be a member of http://www.librarything.com
Membership is free if your library has 200 books or less in it.
Once you are a member, look for the Early Reviewer section on the right side of your LT Home page. There should be a link to the books in the program. Once you are on that page there is a link to the sign up page for the program. I'm sorry that I can't find an easier way to get there.
I signed up when the program was very new, and I think things were set up a little differently.

Also, Thank you Ed for linking to my post. I know you've done it before. I'm a little lax on internet etiquette, but I'm trying to do better.
