Jesus is master of the 6th ray, according to these teachings and is known by the color indigo. Overshadowed during his life by Lord Maitreya He was also High Priest of the Order of Melchizedek and his functioning as such was explained in the Book of Hebrews in the New Testament. The universal Christ was impregnated within Jesus at the Jordan River baptism

He is also known as Sananda as one of his many names. In fulness He manifested The Christ Self.

His discipleship is costly and not cheap as Bonhoeffer has so many times stated , He overturned the worlds, and we have never been the same.

This is truly a gallery of the ascended masters of the ages as listed in the above link and in part alluded to below. Note the list of the masters of the Great White Brotherhood. They came not to be worshipped but emulated and to teach mankind to be in their image and likeness with complete and selfless devotion. Note how Maitreya is described and what his goals are.It is important to understand man's various traditions and histories to see how these traditions march forward to the goals they masters cherish. I will try to give more detailed portraits of them, as many as I can read about. Any of us with the desire can reach their level and in their image eventually and that is the pattern set for all of us to follow.

Sananda Sananda is the risen name (spiritual identity) of the physical human known as Jesus of Nazareth. .The spiritual mentor who ensures that, ultimately, our evolutionary path and spiritual growth is sustained in accordance with our souls' highest spiritual aims. To do so, his energy is in contact with each of us at all times, guiding us from the higher realms to embrace self loving choices and actions in our daily lives and improve our understanding and practice of Unconditional Love. This beloved master has showed humanity that death can be overcome and that love, forgiveness and compassion are our true nature. "What I have done you can do and more". Like all great masters Jesus did not come to be worshipped, he came to teach humanity how to become Christ like.

Maitreya Maitreya, whose name is derived from the Sanskrit maitri, meaning universal love, is known to Buddhists as the embodiment of loving kindness. Some believe this planetary master was Krishna, and that he inspired the life of Jesus. Maitreya is a Buddha, working diligently behind the scenes to enlighten humanity and birth the age of light. He is the planetary Christ who overlit Jesus during his lifetime and is the head of the Great White Brotherhood. Lord Maitreya was an incarnation of Krishna. He works to enlighten humanity and bring in the new Golden Age. Lord Maitreya is the being who holds the office of the Christ-Grid frequency for our planet. This is the new grid system of higher evolution. He is the head of the Spiritual Hierachy and is often called the "Master of Masters". He has served this position for 2500 years and is an aspect of Jesus/Sananda.

Esotericism is defined as
the belief that secret societies and mystery schools [12]
possess advanced spiritual knowledge. Such beliefs are extremely ancient.[13] This
idea was re-introduced in the West by the Rosicrucians in the 17th
century.
The founder of the Theosophical
Society, H. P. Blavatsky, in the
late 19th century brought attention to the idea of secret initiatory knowledge,
by claiming her ideas were based on traditions transmitted to her by occult means from a
group of highly evolved humans which she called the Mahatmas or
Masters. These Mahatmas, she claimed, were physical beings living in the Himalayas,
usually understood as Tibet.
".. they are living men,
born as we are born, and doomed to die like every mortal. We call them “masters”
because they are our teachers; and because from them we have derived all the
Theosophical truths... They are men of great learning, whom we call Initiates,
and still greater holiness of life." [14]
While some of her critics believe the Masters are pure fantasy, other
writers suggest that her changing stories were meant to hide the identities of
real human teachers guiding her work. [15] In
assessing the veracity of Blavatsky's claim regarding the existence of these
Masters, it is worth noting that at least 25 other people left a written account
of having met the Mahatmas themselves during Blavatsky's lifetime. [16]
Blavatsky claimed that she personally met numerous Masters on countless
occasions, and was also the guest of the Master Koot Hoomi while visiting the
"Little Tibet" region of Kashmir. [17]
After
Madame Blavatsky's death in 1891, the Mahatma concept was developed by her
successors in the Theosophical Society leadership, Annie Besant and Charles W.
Leadbeater, who described the Masters in great detail and added Jesus to their number.
In Leadbeater's book, The Masters and the Path (1925), the Masters are presented
as human beings full of wisdom and compassion, albeit still limited by human
bodies. Later theosophy-based organizations developed the theory adding more
elements developing the concept of Ascended Masters which bears some important
differences with the Theosophical one.

The Great White Brotherhood

The Masters are collectively called the "Great White Brotherhood" in Theosophical belief systems. The use of the term "white" refers to their advanced spirituality (i.e., that they have a white colored aura) and has nothing to do with race. Blavatsky described many of the Masters as ethnically Tibetan or Indian (Hindu), not European.[29] She did, however, describe them as being from all cultures and races, such as the "Greek gentleman" known as Hilarion.[30]
Belief in the Brotherhood and the Masters is an essential part of the syncretistic teachings of various organizations that have taken the Theosophical philosophical concepts and added their own elements.[31] Examples of those believed to be Ascended Masters by these organizations are Jesus, Confucius, Gautama Buddha, Mary the Mother of Jesus, Lady Master Nada, Enoch, Pope John Paul II, [32] Kwan Yin, Saint Germain, Sanat Kumara, Kuthumi.[33] [34] [35] [36] [37] It is believed that all of these put aside any differences they might have had in their Earthly careers, and unite instead to advance the spiritual well-being of humanity. Gobi Desert Mysteries and Links with Atlantis

Called the city of Gold in the Cayce readings, we know from the text below that sun worship dominated as it did under Akhenaten. The exploits of Lord Maitreya are embedded in the remotest of antiquities. I noted also that Ireland is the north border of ATLANTIS. The city of Manoa is the white city, Shamballa, a fabled paradise, or can we regard it as fabled? It is also called the White City and is connected with the exploits of Lord Maitreya. Note Edgar Cayce's reference to the city under the sands of the Gobi, and its probable future discovery.

The capstone shimmered so much that the pilot thought it could be made of crystal. In 1912, a tibetan monk told two Australian traders that the pyramids were mentioned in a 5,000 year old text hidden away in his monastery. It was written at that time, that the pyramids were "very old." Although this pyramid lies far to the south of the fabled "White City" in the Gobi Sea, could this pyramid be named for that ancient city?

The word "Gobi" appears 199 times on the Cayce CD ROM. It
appears in under 100 life readings. Several Cayce readings call the Gobi the
"Sun Land" and indicate that sun worship dominated. In March 1935 Cayce referred
to a city buried under the sands of the Gobi, and in 1936 he called this city
the "City of Gold" and the "Golden City." He also stated that this city would
probably be discovered in the future. ... In a 1940 reading, Cayce referred to
terraced buildings and temples in the Gobi.
A group from the Gobi was
identified as having DNA bearing the "X" Haplotype in 2001. This group may be
related to the Atlantean Genetic type and the Basques.

Reverse Spins Introduction: One of the more fascinating chapters from The Lives of Alcyone is included in its entirety below. The book is about the past lives of J. Krishnamurti. As incredible as it may seem, Besant and Leadbeater tracked 48 of his previous lives. The interplay of karma and the interaction of personal lives is fascinating to behold as the soul known as Alcyone (Krishnamurti) is traced back through the millennia even to ages long forgotten. This chapter begins in Ireland which was on the northern frontier of Atlantis. The exploits of Alcyone's grandfather begin the chapter. He is supposedly, Lord Maitreya. In the story he makes his way to a great city, Manoa, far, far away to an unknown land in the east. According to the authors, this is the White City or Shamballa which was built in the middle of the Gobi Sea. Much of the information that the authors supply should be regarded as suspect. The dates for the founding of the White City for example are way off. They say it was created about 70,000 years ago. It was more like 2 1\2 million years ago according to later esoteric traditions. An accurate portrayal of filial relations could also be in error. It is included below. There were a couple names I could not connect.

Monasticism in prior church history particularly in Catholicism for Bonhoeffer became a status quo to provide an excuse for the church following in its attendant few what the majority should have followed: the road of the cross.That road was in the reclused isolation of the monasteries, the cloister, and also the convents. Was there a cost in the cloister?

I have read that Atlantis a race once existing had a high development of evolving or growth but ended in cataclysmic destruction. Their "myth"? was related in the works of Francis Bacon and Plato.

In deciding the actual case of rebirth three principal factors come into play.
First and greatest of all comes the influence of the Law of Evolution. The Deity
wills man’ s advancement and that Will exerts upon him a steady and ceaseless
pressure.

The second factor which comes into play in deciding where a man should
be born is his own Karma -- the result of his past actions. If uncontrolled the Law
of Evolution would give him the best possible opportunities for development; but
his past lives may not have been such as to deserve those opportunities. For
that reason it may not be possible to give him the most suitable place, so he has
to put up with the second best.

The third factor which influences the rebirth of a man is another variant of
his karma – the links which he has made with other egos in previous lives. All
the minor good and evil that we do goes into a general debit and credit account,
and is worked off impersonally; but if we so affect the life of another as
considerably to help or to hinder his evolution, we form a personal tie with him,
which necessitates another meeting later-- sometimes many other meetings.
Unselfish love is one of the strongest forces in the world, and it draws egos
together again and again, thereby largely modifying for the time the action of the
forces of evolution and of karma.

From other lines of study we have realized the existence of three
great
factors as determining the place and time of each man's
birth. First, the
force of evolution, which places each man where
he can most readily acquire
the qualities in which he happens to
be deficient; second, the law of karma,
which limits the action of
that first force by allowing the man so much as he
has deserved;
third the law of attraction which brings the man again and
again
into connection with the other egos with whom he has formed
links of
some kind. We find these laws acting usually in the order
above assigned
them; and that order conveys their relative
importance in the case of the
great mass of humanity.

While it is unquestionably true that the instances of such sudden change
of station as is suggested by the poet, they are comparatively rare and must not
be taken as representing the ordinary course of a line of lives.

There is however another type of higher class egos who do not habitually
take their sub-races in order, but have rather a tendency to return again and
again to one sub-race. They devote themselves principally to evolution through
that sub-race, and make only occasional excursions into others in search of
special qualities. It is found that this type has usually a shorter average interval
between lives -- an average of about seven hundred years instead of a
thousand.

The truths of Catholic primacy are here stated with scriptural justification. The national churches are a seduction to the faithful and the myth of race and blood perverts the moral order of G-d,so is asserted here. Other national churches are evidence of their own paralysis and sterility, so the encyclical is stating. Distortion to profane use of revelation must be guarded against at all times. Revelation distorted for the use of race and blood to irradiate a people's history is equivocation of revelation . Immortality is part and parcel of the moral order and cannot be limited to terrestrial existence.

22. Faith in the Church cannot stand pure and true without the support of faith
in the primacy of the Bishop of Rome. The same moment when Peter, in the
presence of all the Apostles and disciples, confesses his faith in Christ, Son
of the Living God, the answer he received in reward for his faith and his
confession was the word that built the Church, the only Church of Christ, on the
rock of Peter (Matt. xvi. 18). Thus was sealed the connection between the faith
in Christ, the Church and the Primacy. True and lawful authority is invariably a
bond of unity, a source of strength, a guarantee against division and ruin, a
pledge for the future: and this is verified in the deepest and sublimest sense,
when that authority, as in the case of the Church, and the Church alone, is
sealed by the promise and the guidance of the Holy Ghost and His irresistible
support. Should men, who are not even united by faith in Christ, come and offer
you the seduction of a national German Church, be convinced that it is nothing
but a denial of the one Church of Christ and the evident betrayal of that
universal evangelical mission, for which a world Church alone is qualified and
competent. The live history of other national churches with their paralysis,
their domestication and subjection to worldly powers, is sufficient evidence of
the sterility to which is condemned every branch that is severed from the trunk
of the living Church. Whoever counters these erroneous developments with an
uncompromising No from the very outset, not only serves the purity of his faith
in Christ, but also the welfare and the vitality of his own people.
23. You
will need to watch carefully, Venerable Brethren, that religious fundamental
concepts be not emptied of their content and distorted to profane use.
"Revelation" in its Christian sense, means the word of God addressed to man. The
use of this word for the "suggestions" of race and blood, for the irradiations
of a people's history, is mere equivocation. False coins of this sort do not
deserve Christian currency. "Faith" consists in holding as true what God has
revealed and proposes through His Church to man's acceptance. It is "the
evidence of things that appear not" (Heb. ii. 1). The joyful and proud
confidence in the future of one's people, instinct in every heart, is quite a
different thing from faith in a religious sense. To substitute the one for the
other, and demand on the strength of this, to be numbered among the faithful
followers of Christ, is a senseless play on words, if it does not conceal a
confusion of concepts, or worse.
24. "Immortality" in a Christian sense
means the survival of man after his terrestrial death, for the purpose of
eternal reward or punishment. Whoever only means by the term, the collective
survival here on earth of his people for an indefinite length of time, distorts
one of the fundamental notions of the Christian Faith and tampers with the very
foundations of the religious concept of the universe, which requires a moral
order

.

Christian cannot forget this.
