intelligence. As the spirits sought individualization they drew further and
further from the creative source manifesting in innumerable variety of forms.
The individualized spirits were captivated by the creation that had manifested.

strength and cunning of the serpents and reptilians dwelling on the
planetary planes. These spirits influenced these reptilian forms and
allowed them to evolve until they could exercise complete control in this
manifested form. To this point these spirits had completely disconnected
from their divine origin in a quest for individual power and domination in
physical form.

recognized that fulfillment in individual manifestation can come only through reflection and harmony with the Infinite
Intelligence. This understanding has allowed the Arcturian race to take on the most advanced form of evolutionary
development (second only to the Brotherhood of the All).
