the definition states.  

Arcturian Channeling's

Many have heard of the Arcturian Channeling's; however, few understand 
how Arcturians choose to send us messages and why they channel through 
unorthodox methods.  In order to understand the Arcturians and the great 
messages they send to us, we look at the human mind and the true power it 
possess and the capacity of knowledge, currently unknown to us, that it holds. 


Arcturians channel through us in many ways, but one of the most efficient 
methods is through our subconscious mind.  There is truly only one state in 
which a human has a clear "picture" into their subconscious mind and that is 
when they dream.  Dreaming is a very powerful tool for communication 
between humans and Arcturians because of the similarity in frequency and 
vibration both minds hold.

In this state of mind, humans are given the infinite knowledge of the known 
Universe and have access to the true potential of the human spirit and 
mind.  Humans dream when their minds reach a state of mind called R.E.M. 
(rapid eye movement).  Other stages of sleep allow for dreaming; however, 
these are less memorable and less clear.  If Arcturians choose to channel 
messages to an individual through dreams, it will most likely be in a state of 
R.E.M. sleep.

The reason for this is because Arcturians know that humans have yet to 
understand the power of the subconscious mind, and while dreaming in this 
state, the human mind experiences its deepest desires, deepest secrets, 
and most passionate fantasies that break out from the unconscious mind 
you missed that, let us repeat, "break out from the unconscious mind and 
only at this time do they become present to our own consciousness."

If one is aware, or is actively seeking the communication from Arcturians, dreams become more than just a subjective 
experience of imaginary images, sounds/voices, thoughts or sensations.  At this point, dreaming is a clear "channel" of 
communication of messages that contain the secrets and knowledge that the Universe has to offer.  Unfortunately, the 
messages sent to our conscious minds do not receive the welcome they deserve.  Many people seeking the true answers 
to the Universe always overlook the basic fundamentals of love, joy, peace, and harmony.  Although these can be 
described as human emotions, Arcturians have come to understand them as Universal Laws that beget the powerful 
knowledge they now possess.  Without these fundamentals, humans cannot access the great treasures that awaits us, 
but within time, Arcturians know that humans can train their minds and grow their spirits into the vibrations of the higher 
planes to once again rejoin our roots in the celestial "heavens" of the universe and join our brothers, that have been 
patiently waiting for us to receive the calling to come home.

It seems as though they have a god sense to their existence, yet different 
beings, like the Arcturians, are able to achieve a similar “god like state,” 
which would imply that a god like figure wouldn’t necessarily exist within the 
Brotherhood of the All.

The teaching of the Brotherhood of the All clearly entail the positive 
emotions that many humans know as Love, Sex, Joy, Kindness, Caring, 
Patience, Romance, Desire and Faith.  Expression of these emotions allows 
Arcturians to further their “acsension;” however, the greatest difficulty for 
those who want to join the spiritual planes of the Brotherhood of the All is 
taking these positive emotions and manifesting them into the very soul of 
their being.  Also, they must have the mental & spiritual discipline to block 
and eliminate negative emotions that we know as: Hate, Jealousy, Anger, 
Resentment, Pride, and Sorrow.    

It is known that the Arcturian Aliens look to the teachings of a higher being
(s), similar to our earthly obsession with an Almighty Power that rules and 
Arcturians have progressed into the 5th and 6th dimensional planes of It is 
known that the existence to find the peace, love and harmony that brings 
them one step closer to the Brotherhood of the All.  Because there is little 
knowledge about these benevolent and spiritual beings, it is hard to truly 
describe who they are and where they come from.  It seems as though they

The early Arcturian civilization did not stray far from the originating infinite 
intelligence.  As the spirits sought individualization they drew further and 
further from the creative source manifesting in innumerable variety of forms.  
The individualized spirits were captivated by the creation that had manifested. 
 Galaxies, solar systems and planets allowed these spiritual units expression 
of their individualized desires.

These units of energy (most accurately described in our language as Spirits) 
continuously increased their independence from the creative source in 
exchange for individual freedom of manifestation and expression.  The more 
freewill these units desired to exercise the more difficult it was for these spirits 
to reflect upon the originating source.

Some of these spirits influenced the evolution of life that they had 
developed on these planets.  Their captivation with these creatures 
eventually led many to seek individual expression within the dimensional 
planes with which these creatures existed.  The gift of freewill given by the 
infinite intelligence field which permeates all permitted differentiation in the 
manifestation.

Many of these Spirits became self absorbed by their individual desires 
seeking not reflection on the universal origin. Some admired the predatory 
strength and cunning of the serpents and reptilians dwelling on the 
planetary planes.  These spirits influenced these reptilian forms and 
allowed them to evolve until they could exercise complete control in this 
manifested form.  To this point these spirits had completely disconnected 
from their divine origin in a quest for individual power and domination in 
physical form.

What do Arcturians Look Like?
An Arcturian typically stand from approximately three to four feet in height.  The members of this great race typically have 
a greenish blue skin and unmistakable large oval eyes.  Their hands have only three digits (as opposed to our human 5) 
subsequently are able to accomplish a great deal with their telepathic minds.  The Arcturian life Span is generally thought 
to be 350-400 years from the information we have gathered.

The entirety of the Arcturians life purpose is for spiritual development.  All jobs occupations and tasks are designated by

are the most intellectually acute species known and one of the most caring.

The Arcturians have long served as guardians of Earth.  Protecting us from other civilizations with advanced space

spiritual understanding.  Where do Arcturians come from?
The Arcturians originate from the constellation Bootes.  Although many think that Arcturians come from Arcturus, this is a 
mis-understanding and must be known that Arcturus is a star much like our sun; however, much larger in diameter, mass, 
and energy.

Arcturians are believed to come from an orbiting celestial body that has not been discovered by earthly astronomers.
Edgar Cayce's prediction: A clue provided by Cayce that astronomers have not yet taken up the discovery of the 
revolution of the solar system around a star system composed of Arcturus and the Pleiades.  Arcturians are said to 
originate from the Bootes constellation where the stellar home of star Arcturus is located.
Arcturus: is the brightest star in the constellation Boötes. With a visual magnitude of −0.05, it is also the third brightest 
star in the night sky, after Sirius and Canopus. It is, however, fainter than the combined light of the two main components 
of Alpha Centauri, which are too close together for the eye to resolve as separate sources of light, making Arcturus 
appear to be the fourth brightest. It is the second brightest star visible from northern latitudes and the brightest star in 
the northern celestial hemisphere. The star is in the Local Interstellar Cloud.

THE ARCTURIAN ALIEN REVELATIONTHE BALANCE OF POWER AND THE ARCTURIANS

A mysterious race of light emitting beings was the folklore tales of the Lyrans, 
Reptilians, Sirians, and many other alien races who only imagined the 
likelihood of such powerful beings.  They were said to exist in the 4th and 5th 
dimensions and were able to choose when to manifest into the 3rd dimension 
and become the physical manifestation of the great alien race known as the 
Arcturians!  The story told of great elders who governed these great spiritual 
beings called the Brotherhood of the All who did not allow for the interaction of 
Arctuians and the lower planes of existence.  Although these great beings 
were greatly talked about, many did not believe in such a  race; and 
furthermore, those who did believe in Arcturians only had old tales of ancient 
times when Arcturians traveled the known universe.

In a cataclysmic universal event, the shift in the forces of power in our

Milky Way Galaxy would lead to one of ancient times most memorable 
moments that would forever change the balance of power in our galaxy and 
form our worlds as we know them today.  This event would forever be 
recorded by the Lyrans as the Arcturian Revelation!
After the destruction of Avalon (the first human world) the Lyrans set out 
into the far reaches of the cosmos to find new planets to inhabit and 
escape the oppressive regime of the Reptilian and Grey Aliens.  
Unbeknown to the Reptilians, Greys and Lyrans, the first Galactic War 
would transcend far beyond the physical realms, and seep into the deeper 
dimensions of the Universe and set off an imbalance between the age old 
forces of good and evil.  Existing in the deeper realms (dimensions) of the 
Universe, the Arcturians began their battle against the invading forces of 
evil that the Reptilians had unleashed.  Knowing the delicate balance and 
close connection that the 3rd, 4th, and 5th dimensions hold, the Arcturians 
and the Brotherhood of the All would make one of times most precious 
choices and reveal themselves for the first time in Milena to the

beings of the 3rd dimension, and join the physical realm and its struggles of 
power, knowledge, and existence.  
The Arcturian Alien Revelation would happen in the remote reaches of the 
Milky Way Galaxy near Sirius.  Here,  a Lyran battle cruiser was traveling to 
the Syrian home world with Avalonian refugees as an escape from the 
brutal wars started by the Reptilians.  The site was said to be grandeur, a 
spectacle far beyond the description of any human language or Lyran 
tongue.  It began as a storm cloud of light, followed by sounds of angelic 
proportions.  From the hysteria and chaos an Arcturian ship emerged, a 
ship long endeared and respected by all whom have witnessed its powered 
and majestic presence...Athena and the Arcturian race emerged and 
revealed themselves to the Lyrans who were in awe of the spectacle 
unfolding before their very eyes.  In a thunderous voice, a message was 
given, "Behold, the Arcturian Starship Athena has come with a message of 
peace, joy, love and harmony to all those who have suffered the inequities

of the Reptilians and Greys.  We are the Arcturians and we have come to settle a score long overdue."  From that day 
forth, the Arcturians would enter the Galactic scene and place order to a Galaxy torn and ravaged by the power hungry 
Reptilians who now had to answer for the universal crimes committed.  The history of the Pleiadians, Sirians and other 
alien races would forever be altered and the path to ascension was now the reality of all races so they too could join the 
ranks of their fellow cosmic neighbors and reach the celestial heights that would answer their struggling races problems 
and allow them to seek the perfection and abundance that the Universal Infinite Intelligence was ready to give.
